Equivalent

I came to know the principle of equivalent trade after watching FMA several years ago. The principle is quiet simple, and I believe every nations in the world has already been adaptable to the principle. Simply said, the concept is if you want something, you have to pay the price. Even an Arab saying says: man jadda wajada

Quoted from FMA:
"The principle of equivalent trade states that to gain something, you must present something of equal value"

"People cannot gain anything without sacrifices"

"We cannot create something from nothing"

"You can only create something of a certain mass from the same mass"

"A person cannot gain something without losing something"

Even if we recall what we learned from secondary school, physic and chemistry also apply this law. For example in conservation of energy and stoicheomistry. It can also be called as the the law of conservation.

However, there are some cases where this law doesn't apply. As the law said you pay for what you gain, it also means you gain something after you pay. But it is strange that some people has to pay more than the others but in the end, he doesn't gain anything in return.

Just think about examination, people make efforts to pass the exam but some still don't get as much as what they pay. The achievement between people is also different even though they pay the same price.Take another example, JPA scholarship to oversea, many students applied but only few can pass. Why is that so?

Does it mean there is no fairness in this world? So why bother struggling if in the end you end up with nothing? What's the point of reading if you end up forgetting at time in need?

Bila fikir-fikir, ni yang malas aku nak study nih.... Urgh.. 5 days to go..
